Whether you choose to attend in person or online, the experience remains warm, private, and deeply supportive.

Most clients leave sessions feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and more grounded. Some notice an immediate shift, while for others the changes unfold gently over the following days and weeks.
You may also become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, or patterns as your mind begins to process the work done during the session. This is a natural and positive part of the change process.
It’s important to allow yourself time to rest, reflect, and integrate the experience. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
AFTER YOUR SESSIONHow You May Feel Afterwards
The number of sessions will depend on what you would like support with and your individual eircumstances.
While some clients notice an initial shift after their first session, meaningful and lasting change is often best supported over a sories of 3 to 5 sessions.
This allows us to gently work through the underlying patterns. reinforce positive changes, and support long-torm results. Katarina will always discuss a personalised treatment plan with you based on your goals and what feels right for your joumey.
