Hypnotherapy (or hypnosis) allows individuals to access their inner resources and enables them to address their issues in a way that works best for them.
Hypnosis is a very effective and gentle way to address a long list of psychological and physical issues. Through hypnosis it’s possible to find the best way forward in a reasonably short timeframe and move towards the desired outcome.

Everyone responds differently and the number of sessions required will depend on what issue(s) you’re trying to address, simple or complex and whether you actively participate in making the change happen, using the tools provided during a session.

The first consultation takes up to 1.5 hours and is charged at $160. The following consultations usually run for 1 hour. Everyone’s experience is different so it may range between 45-65 minutes. The cost of each subsequent session is $135.

Hypnosis is a safe and natural state of being. It’s a pleasant relaxation state when we focus inwards and stop worrying about the external environment.
Everyone experiences hypnosis in one way or another, it’s also called trance state. It’s similar to day dreaming, or being absorbed in an activity like running when you realise that you ran past your favourite bench without even noticing it.
In a session, we discuss the issue(s) or concerns you may have and agree on the treatment plan. Then, you will be guided into a relaxed state. Some experience a deeper trance whilst for others it may only be light. Most importantly, you remain aware and in control at all times.
