From there, Katarina will gently guide you into a relaxed hypnotic state — a natural state of focused calm where the mind becomes more open and responsive to positive change. Throughout the session, you remain aware, in control, and able to communicate at any time.

The session is designed to help calm the mind, ease emotional overwhelm, and create a greater sense of harmony.
